Welcome to Athens Alpha Taxi. We value your business and strive to make your travel booking experience smooth and secure. This payments policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments for the services provided by Athens Alpha Taxi.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Via Stripe
• PayPal
• Bank Transfers
• Cash (on the pickup date)

Payment Terms

1. Full Payment:
   • Full payment is required at the time of booking when using PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer.
   • For cash payments, full payment is due on the pickup date.

Payment Security

• All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your personal and payment information.
• Athens Alpha Taxi complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect your data.

Currency

• All payments must be made in Euros (€).
• Any bank charges or fees incurred due to currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by Customer:
   • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@athensalphataxi.com.
   • The following cancellation charges apply:
     • More than 7 days before the service date: 10% of the total booking cost.
     • 3 to 7 days before the service date: 50% of the total booking cost.
     • Less than 3 days before the service date: 100% of the total booking cost.
2. Cancellation by Agency:
   • In the unlikely event that Athens Alpha Taxi needs to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.
   • We will notify you as soon as possible of any cancellations.

Changes and Amendments

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Requests for changes must be submitted in writing via email to info@athensalphataxi.com.
• Any changes made within 3 days of the service date may be treated as cancellations and incur the corresponding cancellation fees.

Disputes

• Any disputes regarding payments should be addressed to info@athensalphataxi.com within 30 days of the payment date.
• We will investigate and respond to your dispute within 10 business days.
